Anthony V Sekaran, Founder of Sekaran Technical Services (STS), was invited to speak as a practitioner. An IEng with the UK Engineering Council and over 30 years in heavy transport engineering, marine operations, and infrastructure, his session had one argument: the transport phase of large structures, lifting, Ro-Ro, marine barge, and SPMT land moves, produces worse structural load conditions that the industry may not be aware of.
