In Moscow, Positive Technologies and Positive Education recently concluded Positive Hack Camp, a global education program for the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. More than 90 emerging professionals from 25 countries across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East received valuable, hands on ethical hacking training from leading experts. The event was held with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.<\/p>\n<p>On the final day of Positive Hack Camp, Positive Technologies signed a<br \/>\ncooperation agreement with Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Nusa Tenggara Barat. The<br \/>\nuniversity was represented at the signing ceremony by Rector Dr. Baiq Mulianah.<br \/>\nThe parties aim to develop joint educational programs to train highly qualified<br \/>\ncybersecurity specialists.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mohammad Nuh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Institut Teknologi<br \/>\nSepuluh Nopember (ITS), Former Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia, <\/b>said: <i>&#8220;Cybersecurity is no longer just<br \/>\na technical issue. It is a shared challenge that requires better cooperation<br \/>\nand smarter use of AI. Hands-on training must be embedded into the curriculum,<br \/>\nwhich includes digital ethics, cyber law and privacy protection. This<br \/>\nintegration ensures that students not only become skilled defenders, but also<br \/>\nbecome responsible digital citizens. That is why this program organized by<br \/>\nPositive Technologies is very important, not only now, but for the<br \/>\nfuture.&#8221;<\/i><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The two\u2011week Positive Hack Camp<br \/>\ncurriculum covered today&#8217;s most important cybersecurity topics: from network<br \/>\ninfrastructure scanning and social engineering techniques to web application<br \/>\ntesting and professional ethics. Beyond the intensive learning sessions, participants<br \/>\nalso experienced the vibrant culture of Russia, exploring Moscow&#8217;s famous<br \/>\nlandmarks and discovering the country&#8217;s rich historical heritage.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%\" src=\"https:\/\/imagedelivery.net\/H6_s_Eb_ylTWnSEV3HlmYQ\/cd714e4d-afef-49e3-1670-e8f038fb2200\/public\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Mr. Jose Antonio Morato Tavares, Ambassador Extraordinary and<br \/>\nPlenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to the Russian Federation, <\/b>said: <i>&#8220;Cybersecurity is a global<br \/>\nchallenge that, of course, requires our collaborative efforts. This event can<br \/>\nprovide our young professionals with the collective capacity to address these<br \/>\ncommon challenges. I am proud that Indonesian professionals are here with us.<br \/>\nThey are technologically savvy. As our world becomes more digitalized, our<br \/>\ncountries must develop the collective capacity to prevent cyberattacks and make<br \/>\nour digital environment safer for everyone.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Boris Miroshnikov, President of the National Association for<br \/>\nInternational Information Security, and Ilya Gurov, First Deputy Executive<br \/>\nDirector of the Russian Geographical Society, attended the closing ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Positive Hack Camp is an annual international program focused on<br \/>\npractical cybersecurity. The first event <a href=\"https:\/\/global.ptsecurity.com\/en\/about\/news\/positive-hack-camp-the-first-session-of-the-international-cybersecurity-training-program-wraps-up-in-moscow\/\">took<br \/>\nplace<\/a> in August 2024 in Moscow and brought together around 70 young<br \/>\nprofessionals from 20 countries, including India, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia,<br \/>\nthe UAE, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. In addition to educational projects,<br \/>\nPositive Technologies annually hosts major events such as the international<br \/>\ncybersecurity festival Positive\u00a0Hack\u00a0Days to facilitate exchange of<br \/>\nexperiences and ideas among cybersecurity experts from different countries.
